FrostyBot is a beer-rescue callback service. We use the minimum practical data needed to set up reminders, deliver callbacks, prevent abuse, and improve the beta experience.

Information We Collect

• Messages and actions you send to FrostyBot, including setup choices such as beer size, freezer mode, voice preference, and rescue outcome.
• Contact details you choose to provide, such as a WhatsApp number, Telegram identity, SMS number, browser client ID, or push subscription.
• Technical records needed for security and reliability, including request timing, rate-limit records, webhook IDs, delivery attempts, and error status.
• Leaderboard and campaign stats, such as beers saved, rescue points, streaks, and Freezer Fails.

How We Use Information

• To send FrostyBot reminders and rescue messages through the channel you choose.
• To show your personal stats, receipts, and leaderboard position.
• To detect duplicate webhook events, retry failed delivery, and keep the service reliable.
• To improve beer timing estimates and the beta product experience.

WhatsApp, Push, And Other Channels

If you use WhatsApp, FrostyBot processes your WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may process WhatsApp data under its own terms and policies. If you enable browser push, your browser stores a push subscription so FrostyBot can send freezer warnings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers needed to run FrostyBot, such as hosting, database, push notification, WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS, or Telegram providers, and only for operating the service.

Retention And Deletion

We keep beta data only as long as needed for operation, security, product improvement, legal compliance, or campaign stats. You can delete your FrostyBot identity and related records by sending forgetme in the chat. You can also contact us if you need help deleting data.

Children And Alcohol

FrostyBot is intended only for people who are legally allowed to consume alcohol in their location. Do not use FrostyBot if you are under the legal drinking age.
