These terms apply when you use FrostyBot, including the web app, Android beta, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, browser push, and related beta channels.

What FrostyBot Does

FrostyBot estimates when beer should be cold and when it may be at risk of freezing, then sends reminders through the channel you choose. FrostyBot is a beta campaign experience and reminder service. It does not measure your freezer, bottle, can, or actual beer temperature.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for deciding whether to place drinks in a freezer and when to remove them.
• Use FrostyBot only if you are legally allowed to consume alcohol in your location.
• Use the service responsibly and do not use it for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or automated abuse.

Beta Availability

FrostyBot may be changed, paused, delayed, or unavailable while we improve the beta. Delivery times can be affected by network issues, browser permissions, WhatsApp or mobile platform rules, device settings, battery management, and provider outages.

Leaderboard And Rewards

Leaderboard stats, points, streaks, rescue receipts, and Freezer Fails are campaign mechanics. We may adjust scoring, remove abusive entries, correct errors, or reset beta data where needed. Any future rewards will have their own campaign rules.

No Warranty

FrostyBot is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a reminder will arrive, that a drink will not freeze, or that a freezer incident will be prevented. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for spoiled drinks, burst containers, appliance issues, missed reminders, or indirect losses.
